PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve machining performance of a spring manufacturing machine by increasing types of wire machining that are possible in a single spring manufacturing machine. SOLUTION: The topmost tool 64 of a tool mounting slide 63 on the right side is situated at a prescribed height position relative to the center line C1. Then, any tool 64 in the upper, middle and lower part of the tool mounting slide 63 on the left side can be situated so as to oppositely facing the tool 64. In addition, the leftmost tool 64 of the tool mounting slide 63 on the upper side is situated at prescribed right/left position relative to the center line C1.
