RELAY SYSTEM, AND SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR NOTIFYING CONFIGURATION INFORMATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure variety and flexibility of a video content kind while interconnectivity between an RTP/RTSP system and a 3G-324M terminal is secured.

SOLUTION: MPEG-4 CI is detected from a config. parameter of an MPEG-4 Video media descriptor in SDP session information of an RTSP method body which is received from an RTP/RTSP system 10 when an RTP/RTSP session is established. It is given to a Decoder Configuration Information parameter of an H.245 signal and is transmitted to a 3G-324M terminal 10. MPEG-4 CI at a head of MPEG-4 Video stream data in a first RTP packet received from an RTP/RTSP system 30 is transmitted to the 3G-324M terminal 10 as it is. When the first RTP packet lacks in RTP/RTSP communication, MPEG-4 CI stored in an RTSP CI storage part 24 is transmitted to the 3G-324M terminal 10.
