<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid oxide fuel cell capable of making temperature on the inside of a cell surface uniform while inner reforming function is kept, preventing peeling off of a fuel electrode, and enhancing durability of a power generating cell. <P>SOLUTION: The solid oxide fuel cell 1 has the power generating cell 7 in which a solid electrolyte layer 4 is interposed between a fuel electrode layer 5 and an air electrode layer 6. The fuel electrode layer 5 is formed with a composite material of Ni and ceramic, and the composition ratio of Ni is increased with distance from the central part of the fuel electrode layer 5 toward the peripheral direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
