<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative illumination apparatus which carries out a luminous display in plural colors without limitations by a specification of a light source. <P>SOLUTION: A luminous display portion 5 is provided with a mounting portion 18 attached to and detached from a lamp holder 9, a funnel-shaped light guide space portion 20 and a light guide block assembly portion 21, wherein a light guide block body 11 formed by binding a plurality of cylindrical light guide members 22 molded with synthetic resin having light transmission properties is attached to a holder member 10 attached to the lamp holder 9 so as to cover a light source 8.
