<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform immobilization easily at optimum density by adjusting the concentration, without accompanying phase separation, when a plurality of molecules are absorbed simultaneously. <P>SOLUTION: The immobilization method includes a dissolution process, in which a plurality of molecules to be immobilized to a solid phase substrate are dissolved in a solvent to acquire a solution of the plurality of molecules and a process in which the solution is brought into contact with the solid phase substrate to be incubated.
