<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oligonucleotide combination suitable for constituting a reagent for quickly detecting in high sensitivity the thermostable direct hemolysin(TDH) gene of Vibrio parahemolyticus. <P>SOLUTION: A method for detecting the TDH gene is provided, comprising using respective primers having sequences homologous and complementary to the base sequence in a region specific to the TDH RNA of Vibrio parahemolyticus to specifically amplify only the TDH RNA, wherein the primers comprise oligonucleotides bindable to the specific sites of the TDH RNA respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
