<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal device by which a user can continuously and concentratedly views and listens to broadcasting even when a portable telephone receives an incoming call when the user views and listens to the broadcasting or even when the user makes a call with the portable telephone when the user views and listens to the broadcasting. <P>SOLUTION: This communication terminal device 1 is provided with a radio communicating part (radio communicating means) 3 for performing transmission and reception to/from a radio base station 2, a broadcast receiving part (broadcast receiving means) 5 for receiving broadcasting from a broadcasting base station 4, a broadcast recording part (broadcast recording means) 6 for recording broadcasting received from the broadcasting base station 4, and a reproduction switch 7. The radio communicating part 3 outputs a communication existence/absence signal 9 representing the existence/absence of communication with the radio base station 2 to the broadcast recording part 6. The broadcast receiving part 5 outputs a broadcast signal 10 received from the broadcasting base station 4 to the broadcast recording part 6. When the broadcast recording part 6 detects a communication start by the communication existence/absence signal 9 while the broadcast receiving part 5 receives broadcasting from the broadcasting base station 4, the broadcast recording part 6 starts to record a broadcast signal 10 to a semiconductor memory 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
