<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plunger equipped with a coming-off preventing mechanism satisfying both easily connecting a gasket and a plunger rod at the time of manufacturing a prefilled syringe and hardly coming-off at the time of manufacturing and transporting and preventing gaskets from coming into close contact with each other at the time of manufacturing the gaskets. <P>SOLUTION: The plunger 1 according to the present invention comprises a plunger rod 20 having a top surface 22 provided with a male thread 21, and the gasket 10 provided with a female thread 11 threaded with the male thread 21, protruding portions 23 protruding in an end direction are formed on the top surface of the plunger rod 20, and recessed portions 12 engaging with the protruding portions 23 are formed in the gasket 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
