<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out continuously flat board processing of cutting process or the like together with variable printing. <P>SOLUTION: A nip part made to have a large diameter for carrying out printing by making contact with a form on a peripheral surface of a printing cylinder comprising a printing cylinder and an impression cylinder which are arranged by pinching the forming 8 running by both intermittent feeder between the intermittent feeders 1, 2 enabled to carry out normal rotation running and reverse rotation running, at least one set of printing unit 3a, 3b, 3c, 3d by providing a nip open part made to have a small diameter so as to have a gap between the form in a peripheral direction, and a flat board processing machine for applying flat board processing to the form are arranged.
