PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an information user such as a service provider to share shared information such as personal information owned by an information owner such as a service user, and to maintain the anonymity of the information owner. SOLUTION: In response to each issue request from an issuing requester such as a space owner having the infinite ID such as space owner ID, space ID or information area ID, an ID issue management part 41 issues one time ID with time limit substituted for the infinite ID. In response to a provision request from a provision client such as a space user to designate one time ID within the time limit, a space management part 4 reads shared information whose access is permitted based on the infinite ID substituted for the one time ID from a space storing part 5, and transmits the shared information to the above provision client.
