PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated film obtained by coating an acrylic-urethane resin having excellent scratch resistance, weather resistance, gloss stability, blocking resistance and the like at least as the most outer layer on a thermoplastic resin film, having excellent adhesion between the thermoplastic resin film and the coated film of the acrylic-urethane resin, capable of maintaining the adhesion over a long period, and having excellent weather-resistant adhesion. SOLUTION: The coated film is obtained by coating (a) a coated film 2 of a urethane resin having a polycarbonate skeleton, and (b) a coated film 1 of the acrylic-urethane resin in order on the film 3 of a polyolefin-based thermoplastic resin, a polyester-based thermoplastic resin or the like.
