PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring method of the component concentration in a solution, which calculates the component concentration in the solution at various temperatures with few man-hours. SOLUTION: In this measuring method of the component concentration in the solution for measuring the component concentration in the solution at an optional temperature T by using a solution spectrum and a solvent spectrum in each waveform, a calibration coefficient M<SB>ij</SB>(T<SB>0</SB>) for measuring the concentration C<SB>i</SB>of a component i in the solution at a reference temperature T<SB>0</SB>is determined beforehand, and the calibration coefficient M<SB>ij</SB>(T<SB>0</SB>) is operated to a difference spectrum between a solution spectrum S(λ<SB>j</SB>, T) at the temperature T in the j-th wavelengthλ<SB>j</SB>and a solution spectrum S(λ<SB>j</SB>, T) at the temperature T in the j-th wavelengthλ<SB>j</SB>. Hereby, this method needs only one calibration coefficient out of the coefficients requiring the most troublesome labor, to thereby enable to reduce man-hours for acquiring the calibration coefficient.
