PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a child seating cage device for a bicycle securing very good ride comfort for a child, whether he/she is seating him/herself in the normal attitude not leaning to the rear end of the cage body, or is leaning to the rear end of the cage body. SOLUTION: The child seating cage device of the bicycle is furnished with a seat back plate 10 ranging alongside the inside surface of the tail 9 of the cage body 1 and is structured so that guide pieces 11 and guide grooves 12 are provided between the seat back plate 10 and the tail 9 of the cage, wherein the plate 10 accommodated in the cage body 1 along the tail 9 is moved along the guide grooves 12 so as to protrude from the top of the tail 9 of the cage body 1.
