PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a VoIP unit performing VoIP call in which a caller notification number for notification to a called party when originating a call is changed into an arbitrary number and set through simple operation. SOLUTION: When originating a VoIP call from a computer 301, a caller number that is changed into an arbitrary number and set, is inputted to a control part 110 together with a telephone number indicating the called party, the inputted caller number is used as the caller notification number by a caller number change means 112a of a ROM 112, and the VoIP call is originated to the called party that is designated by the inputted telephone number, via a network 501. Whichever of the caller number or a VoIP number can be inputted first, and whichever of hooking, "*" and "#" is available as a partition symbol for partitioning the caller number and the VoIP number.
