PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized nonreciprocal circuit element with a high Q value, and having capacitors with a high mechanical strength. SOLUTION: First to third capacitors C1 to C3 include a capacitive layer 210 and non-capacitive layers 211. First capacitive electrode 201 is provided on the capacitive layer 210. The second capacitive electrode 202 facing to the first electrode 201 is provided in the middle of the layer. The auxiliary electrode 203 is provided on the other surface of the layer facing to the second capacitive electrode 202 which has a smaller area than those of the first electrode 201 and second electrode 202 and is connected to the electrode 201. The non-capacitive layer 211 is laminated on the capacitive layer 210 and has an earth electrode 206 on the outer surface, The earth electrode 206 is connected to the second electrode 202.
