PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent stain of a transported disk. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a disk insertion opening 4 in which an optical disk 2 to be reproduced is inserted, and a transport mechanism 7 transporting the optical disk 2 inserted from the disk insertion opening 4, the transport mechanism 7 is provided separating in the same direction as a transport direction of the optical disk 2, and the mechanism has transport rollers 21a, 21b, 22a, 22b transporting the optical disk 2 by coming into contact with an outer peripheral plane of the transported optical disk 2 and rotating, transport members 23a, 23b, to which the transport rollers 21a, 21b, 22a, 22b are attached, rotation fulcrum parts 28a, 28b which are provided at the transport members 23a, 23b between the transport rollers 21a, 21b, 22a, 22b and which move each transport roller 21a, 21b, 22a, 22b in the direction of approaching and separating for the outer peripheral plane of the transported optical disk 2, and a tension coil spring 25 energizing the transport members 23a, 23b in the direction of the outer peripheral plane of the transported optical disk 2.
