摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk device in which feedback control can be performed accurately and quickly and influence of noise can be suppressed even if the device has such an optical system that position deviation over multi-axes directions is caused. SOLUTION: This device uses a CCD sensor 201 having a plurality of pixels detecting reflected light from an optical disk 109 and arranged in a two dimension, calculates a tilt error value indicating deviation quantity of an optical axis for a disk plane based on reflected light distribution detected by the CCD sensor 201, and performs tilt compensation so that the optical axis of luminous flux for the disk plane is made vertical based on the calculation result. Also, a light spot center coordinate on the CCD sensor 201 is calculated, based on that, tracking control is performed by moving the light spot center to a physical center of the CCD sensor 201. Thereby, highly accurate tilt control is performed. Especially, the optical disk device in which high accurate tilt control can be performed even when two axes are deviated, that is, tracking is off and tilt is deviated. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
