PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drying furnace for coating capable of effectively raising temperature of a part of the back face of a vehicle body of which temperature rising property is poor in order to make it easily dried. SOLUTION: A hot air supply duct 23 with a plurality of supplying ports 25 at a floor part of a furnace main body 21 is provided in a convection heating zone 5 for structuring the drying furnace for coating. In an undercarriage 3 for transporting the vehicle body 2, a cavity part 33 is provided and a hot air supplying ports 36 are provided on its back face 34 and a plurality of nozzles 37 are provided on its upper face 30. As hot air blown out from the hot air supplying duct 23 is blown against a coating film of a member part and a rocker part of the back face of the vehicle body 2 from the nozzles 37 through the hot air supplying ports 36 of the undercarriage 3 and the cavity part 33, the coating film is baked and dried.
