PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-solidifying agent for granulated blast furnace slag, which exhibits excellent anti-solidifying effect for a long period of time. SOLUTION: The anti-solidifying agent contains a phosphonic acid derivative (e.g. 1-hydroxyethylene-1,1-diphosphonic acid or its salt). Preferably, the anti-solidifying agent contains a polycarboxylic acid (preferably, polyacrylic acid) or its salt and/or a sugar alcohol (preferably, sorbitol) in addition to the phosphonic acid derivative.
