PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jelly preparation readily be orally taken by patients, especially aged patients, containing uniformly dispersed cilostazol and excellent in appearance, taste and texture. SOLUTION: The subject jelly-like pharmaceutical composition comprising cilostazol comprises carrageenan, carob bean gum and sodium polyacrylate as jelly bases and further comprises a surfactant.
