PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent double end conveyance guide belt parts from coming out of rollers when paper sheets bent, cut, or curled are arranged. SOLUTION: This paper arranging device comprises a center conveyance belt part 25 holdingly carrying the center parts of the paper sheets P1 and P2, the pair of double end conveyance guide belt parts 26 holdingly carrying both end parts thereof in a direction orthogonal to the carrying direction of the paper sheets P1 and P2 carried by the center conveyance belt part 25, and an arranging unit 6 arranging the positions and angles of the paper sheets P1 and P2 carried by the center conveyance belt part 25. The double end conveyance guide belt part 26 comprises a width dimension S for positioning the both end parts of the paper sheets P1 and P2 between the outer edge parts 26c and the inner edge parts 26d of each belt.
