PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveyance facility capable of always facing branched conveyed matter in a specified direction. SOLUTION: A branched conveyance route 16 is formed by branching from a main conveyance route 8 at an acute branch angleθ, and a branch means 50 capable of branching the conveyed matter W in the main conveyance route 8 to the branched conveyance route 16 is installed in the branch part A of the main conveyance route 8. A guide means 31 capable of receiving the conveyed matter W from the side is installed at the start end one lateral side part of the branched conveyance route 16, and at least a part of the portion thereof corresponding to the guide means 31 is formed in a width adjusting conveyor part 13 to the guide means 31 side. Since the conveyed matter branched to the branched conveyance route side is moved (width adjustment) to the guide means side during the conveyance by the width adjusting conveyor part and one side face thereof is received by the guide means, its direction can be corrected, and conveyed in the branched conveyance route without turning over. The orientation of the branched conveyed matter is corrected and always faced in a specified direction, and the bar code of the conveyed matter can always be accurately and securely read by a bar code reader while the conveyed matter is carried after branched.
