PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-operate sucker and a suction fixing device, having the cup in a simple structure. SOLUTION: The suction fixing device for holding an article in an erected state comprises a cylindrical nozzle 20 that is a suction tool 14 sucked to the article by suction of a vacuum device and of which tip is blocked and the base end is opened, and a cylindrical sucker 21 that has a trumpet-like tip of which both ends are opened and the top is largely opened and has elasticity and flexibility. The nozzle 20 has at least one opening 20a in a cylindrical side surface that communicates with the hollow inside, the sucker 21 formes a projecting part 21a1 for blocking the opening 20a in the inner peripheral surface, and the sucker 21 is mounted to the nozzle 20 so that the projecting part 21a1 is engaged with the opening 20a.
