PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a training machine for swinging practice allowing any user to strengthen the muscular power and increase the head speed in a narrow space without being tired while enjoying the impact, hitting sound, touch and reality felt when actually hitting a ball, to obtain an always stable swinging trajectory, and thereby to easily master sharp swing using the lower half body of the user. SOLUTION: The training machine for swinging practice comprises a shaft 2, a grip 3 disposed at the base end 2a of the shaft 2, a hitting member 6 mounted on the shaft 2 to be movable in the axial direction, and a hit member 5 mounted at the distal end 2b of the shaft 2 to generate the impact force and hitting sound by the hitting of the hitting member 6.
