PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mah-jongg ball game machine capable of securing stability at the time of opening and closing an opening / closing door whose weight is increased by being provided with a glass frame part and an operation part or the like and capable of holding the appropriate horizontal attitude. SOLUTION: The mah-jongg ball game machine 10 is provided with an image display part 35 integrally with an operation panel 33 in an operation part 16 and is provided with an opening / closing assisting mechanism 70 capable of carrying a first opening / closing door 17 to a second opening / closing door 19 in relative contact at the time of opening and closing on a matching part where the respective matching surfaces 16e and 82 of the first opening / closing door 17 and the second opening / closing door 19 face each other. Thus, the stability at the time of opening and closing the first opening / closing door 17 whose weight is increased by being integrally provided with the glass frame part 15, the operation part 16 and the image display part 35 is secured and the appropriate horizontal attitude to the back frame 11 is maintained.
