PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire extinguishing device for a ladder truck with which an appropriate fire-fighting operation can be performed even when a basket of the ladder truck is difficult to approach the origin of a fire or discharge of water is hindered by an obstacle. SOLUTION: A fixation section 1 is fixed at a bottom of the basket 100 for the ladder truck and an extension arm 2 is held at the fixation section 1. A water gun 40, a hole saw 43 and a drill blade 46 are disposed at a pointed head of the extension arm 2. A rotation bearing 43 is disposed at the fixation section 1 and the direction of the extension arm 2 can be changed. Rotation of the extension arm 2 and the rotation bearing 43, driving of the drill blade 46 and the hole saw 43, and the discharge of water from the water gun 40 can be controlled by a control panel 60.
