PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an applying container for taking out a prescribed amount of an agent from the container and being repeatedly used while massaging the scalp and hair roots. SOLUTION: The applying container comprises a container body 1 with bottom, a lid 10 fitted to the container body 1, a scraper plug 20 fitted to the container body 1 so as to be horizontally turned and provided with a slit-shaped through hole 21, and a spatula 30 having a flat part 31 inserted through the through hole 21 to reach the vicinity of the bottom wall 3 of the container body 1, and projections 34 in a comb tooth shape are provided on the tip part of the planar part 31. The agent E is surely attached to the flat part 31 by rotating the spatula 30 together with the scraper plug 20. By pulling out the spatula 30 from the scraper plug 20, the agent E excessively stuck to the flat part 31 is scraped off by the scraper plug 20 and a desired amount of the agent E is held at the projection parts 34 in the comb tooth shape.
