A sample warper and a warping method are characterized by using a multiple axes rotary creel, increasing degree of freedom of warping, preventing tension ununiformity from generating and increasing workability. A multiple axes rotary creel comprises: a base body(100); a main shaft(106) which is installed prominently in front on the base body, being capable of rotating; plural branched shafts(120,122) which are installed on a protrusion part of the main shaft, being capable of rotating; and plural bobbins(146) installed on each branched shaft. The multiple axes rotary creel is opposite to a sample warper containing a yarn guide. Operation of the creel is as follows: rotating the main shaft or the branched shaft on the same period as rotation period of the yarn guide; and warping simultaneously plural warps by using the main shaft or each branched shaft. The sample warper comprises: a warping drum; and the yarn guide which is installed on one side of the warp drum, being capable of being rotated and winding yarns around the warping drum.
