<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive luminescent tool soft to the eye with visibility improved from a wide range and a long distance. <P>SOLUTION: The luminescent tool 1 is provided with a light-emitting diode 2 and a porous elastic material 3 covering the light-emitting diode 2.
