摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide highly-sensitive protein analysis method labeling a large quantity of protein with a fluorescent material, by which the protein is not denatured such as precipitation. <P>SOLUTION: In this analysis method, a hydrophilic ligand is used, which is expressed by a general formula (I): R-Y-(-X-Phe-COCH<SB>2</SB>COC<SB>n</SB>F<SB>2n+1</SB>)<SB>m</SB>, where R is a -SO<SB>3</SB>H group, a -OSO<SB>3</SB>group, a -NH<SB>2</SB>group or a quarternary amine, Y is a -CH<SB>2</SB>- group, a carbocyclic ring group, or a heterocyclic ring group, X is an -O- group, an -S- group, an -NH- group, a -CH<SB>2</SB>- group, an -OCH<SB>2</SB>- group, a -CONH- group, or an -NHCO- group, Phe is a phenylene group, n is an integer of 1-5, and m is 1, 2 or 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
