PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire by using a rubber composition improved with its low heat-generating property, while maintaining breaking characteristics. SOLUTION: This pneumatic tire is obtained by using a rubber composition obtained by blending silica having 210-260 m<SP>2</SP>/g nitrogen adsorption specific surface area and also 200-260 mL/100 g dibutyl phthalate absorption amount and a partial ester of maleic anhydride with a (poly)oxypropylene derivative with a rubber component which is a natural rubber obtained by coagulating natural rubber latex obtained by the partial protein removal treatment of the protein in the latex by using only a mechanical separation method and contains >0.1 mass% and≤4 mass% total nitrogen content in the natural rubber, and having 0.1-10.0 pts.mass blending amount of the partial ester based on 100 pts.mass rubber component, as a tire member.
