PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink replenishing device for a writing implement to which the writing implement can be fitted safely and easily and which enables easy change of a color of ink and filling-up thereof by one device without necessitating large-scale equipment. SOLUTION: The ink replenishing device for the writing implement is equipped at least with an ink container, a pump which discharges the ink held in the ink container outside, a discharge nozzle which injects the ink discharged from the pump into the writing implement and a writing implement fitting part which is provided below the discharge nozzle. The writing implement fitting part can be moved upward and downward. On the occasion of fitting the writing implement, a distance between the fore end of the discharge nozzle and the upper end of the writing implement fitting part becomes longer than the axial length of the writing implement.
