PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a component with a built-in tank in which a decrease in engagement force can be suppressed. SOLUTION: The mounting structure of the component with the built-in tank includes a part 91a to be engaged projected from an inner surface of a fuel tank 9, and an engaging part 201a disposed in the component 1 with the built-in tank and engaged with the part 91a to be engaged. The component 1 with the built-in tank has a container 20a for containing the part 91a to be engaged in such a manner that the engaging part 201a is disposed in the container 20a.
