PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a film having extremely high gas barrier properties and transparency, and to prepare, particularly, a transparent film having gas barrier properties and suitable for packaging. SOLUTION: The film contains an ionomer layer having 20-100 mol% copolymerization rate of an ionizable monomer.
