PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely cancel a delayed wave in a delayed wave canceler. SOLUTION: A filter tap coefficient value calculating part 14 calculates a filter tap coefficient value (h<SB>i</SB>(n)) of a complex transversal filter generating a delayed wave cancel signal based on an addition value obtained by adding a value obtained by multiplying a complex impulse response value (e<SB>i</SB>(n)) of a reception signal by an update coefficient (-μ(n)) with a conventional filter tap coefficient value (h<SB>i-1</SB>(n)).
