A walking bridge for mind and body training is provided to facilitate construction, to reduce construction cost, and to make the walking bridge harmonize with peripheral environment. A walking bridge for mind and body training comprises horizontal H-beams installed on the upper part of main piers; a wood slab fastened to the horizontal H-beams; and safe railings arranged to the sides of the wood slab. A wood decoration bar(10) to be fastened by bolts is attached to the outside of the horizontal H-beam. The wood decoration bar has a moistureproof and mothproof layer(12) formed to an inner fitting combination part(11) to be fitted to an outer groove of the horizontal H-beam. A moistureproof and mothproof member formed by compounding lacquer intercepting moisture and charcoal intercepting vermin is applied on the moistureproof and mothproof layer. |
