<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To delete image data and user information, when not receiving the user information about a user or when an instruction of printing execution is not given, even after a prescribed time lapses. <P>SOLUTION: In this image forming device 1, the information about the user is received by an information communication means 5 and is stored in a user information storage means 13, and recognition information (a fingerprint or the like) about the user is acquired by a recognition means to perform matching (authentication) of the user information and the recognition information. When it is decided that the user is the same person, image forming operation is enabled to come into an image forming execution waiting state. When image forming is completed, reception of the user information is newly required, the user information is compared to the newly received user information, and the image forming operation can be continued when it is decided that the user is the same person. When it is decided that the user is not the same person, it is decided that the user goes away from the image forming device 1, and the image data and the user information are respectively deleted from an image data storage means 12 and the user information storage means 13.
