<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote control method and a remote control device wherein it is evaded that an input electric current increases greatly and that a breaker is tripped and stops output in the case the input voltage decreases below a rated voltage in a power supply for a light source to control the constant power output. <P>SOLUTION: This is the remote control method of the power supply for the light source which has a monitoring sensing means that monitors a precursory phenomenon of the occurrence of a trouble with a control power supply in order to evade an output discontinuance, and that carries out characteristic value setting for an electric control means and that monitors an action state including temperatures of a prescribed site for the purpose of its prevention, and which has a monitor/operation unit including a display means and an instruction input means, and a communication means to transmit information to the power supply unit constituted of the power supply main circuit including an input side terminal, an output side terminal, and a semiconductor element or the like by combining the monitor/operation unit, and in which the characteristic setting value is remote-controlled by the monitor/operation unit as for the power supply unit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
