<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in conventional techniques that the burden to arms and fingers at the time of operation is not sufficiently considered because of the existence of a support point on a ground plane, that buttons require setting because of the existence in the right and the left when used by a right-hander or a left-hander, and that two operations of click button operation and wheel button operation must be performed with one finger because of arrangement of a wheel button in the center of a click button. <P>SOLUTION: The click button is vertically arranged to cope with difference between right and left dominant hands, and operability is improved by making a user operate the click button with his or her thumb applied to a rear side, as a support point, to reduce the burden to arms and fingers.
