PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a photosensitive resin plate which prevents ink stain on the surface of a resin plate for a long period of time and does not adversely affect a printing. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the photosensitive resin plate is characterized in that a solution containing a silicon compound and/or a fluorine compound is deposited on the surface of a resin plate before postexposure.
