PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent intrusion of rain water in a gap between zig-zag plain tiles and neighboring plain tiles adjacently arranged on the same step as that of the zig-zag plain tiles in the case of a large amount of rainfall accompanying a storm and prevent intrusion of rain water in a gap between the plain tiles and the plain tiles adjacently arranged on the up and down steps of the plain tiles. SOLUTION: Two lines of circular arc-shaped groove sections 21 and 22 substantially consecutively extended to the head section B from the tail section A are formed on the surface 20 of a tile body 11 of the plain tile. Each one between the groove sections of two lines and the outside becomes the central flat section 23, a ridge section 24 and a bar side flat section 29 consecutively extended to the head section from the tail section in the same way as before, rain water fallen on them is collected in the groove sections together with the fallen rain water, and the flow or the velocity of a flowing fluid is raised to make it flow down. For that purpose, while the tile body is the plain tile, functions like the so-called J-shaped tile are exhibited.
