PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that the gripping quantity of a manual lever to a grip of a body to peel a label from a mount and deliver the label in a known label affixing machine is increased in proportion to the length of the label, the timing of stopping the gripping operation is shorter as the label is shorter, the gripping operation is resistant by insufficient manual grip, and repetition of the gripping operation without sense of sufficiency makes a person easily tired from the ergonomic viewpoint. SOLUTION: An operation unit in a manual lever is divided into a base operation unit to work the transfer driving force of a mount to peel a label from the mount and deliver the label and an actual operation unit which is connected to the base operation unit step by step and capable of taking the maximum departing condition in which the lever is departed to the maximum from the grip to generate the turning quantity of the base operation unit to ensure the transfer of the mount for the label of the permissible maximum length and an intermediate departing condition in which the lever is brought closer over the maximum departing position from the grip to generate the turning quantity of the base operation unit to ensure the transfer of the mount for the label of the predetermined length.
