PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum cleaner improved in convenience with a simple configuration. SOLUTION: The vacuum cleaner includes a main body part 1 having a dust collecting part and an electric blower; and supporter parts 2 which have a suction port 11 and to/from which the main body part 1 is attached/detached. The main body part 1 and the supporter part 2 include switches 5, 17 for driving the electric blower. When the main body part 1 is attached to the supporter parts 2, the electric blower is made to be driven freely by the switches 5, 17 of the main body part 1 and the supporter parts 2.
