PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device to be introduced into a subject, which can efficiently and surely take a desired image to be captured while suppressing power consumption after introduction into the subject, and which can suppress wasteful radio wave radiation, and a radio system for acquiring information on the inside of the subject. SOLUTION: When introduced into the subject, a coating part 43 of a candy agent etc. starts to dissolve by reacting with an in-subject substance, and gets gradually thinner, so as to finally expose an opening 41 to the outside. The opening 41 is exposed only inside the subject. When a humidity sensor 42 and an internal determination part 32a sense set humidities of saliva etc., a drive control part 34 activates an RF switch 32a, and brings an RF transmission unit 23 into an operating state.
