SIDE COVER STRUCTURE OF SEAT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation structure for a side cover of a seat that can enable an easy assembly of the side cover to a seat cushion. SOLUTION: A recessed holding section 8 is formed on a side cover 6 for covering the side part of a seat cushion 2 and a reclining device 4. An opening for insertion 14 is provided to a back wall section 10 of the recessed holding section 8 for inserting an operation unit 5a of an actuation lever 5 that is extended from the reclining device 4 and a side wall section 12 is placed on the seat cushion 2 side of the recessed holding section 8. The side wall section 12 of the recessed holding section 8 is composed of a side wall surface 16 that moves along the swinging movement of the actuation lever 5 and a stepped surface 17 recessed to the seat cushion 2 side from the side wall surface 16.
