PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lock or unlock a connector plug which is inserted into and connected to an adaptor without using a mechanical key in a wiring management apparatus. SOLUTION: The wiring management apparatus is provided with a panel 3 on which a plurality of optical adaptors 2 is arranged and a lock mechanism which is used to prevent pulling out of an optical connector plug 1 inserted into and connected to the optical adaptor 2 having a memory and is electrically controllable. The optical connector plug 1 having the memory is provided with a memory 4 in which connection information such as lock request and lock not-requested or the like is stored. The wiring management apparatus is provided with a control section 11 which controls the lock mechanism based on the connection information read by a reader 5. The lock mechanism is constituted of a lock hole 1a formed on the optical connector plug 1 having the memory, a lock pin 10 which is mounted on the optical adaptor 2 and a driving section 9.
