The invention relates to a fixing device (1) for anchoring in an undercut borehole (9) of a plate (2), especially a glass plate, and comprising a tie bolt (3). Said tie bolt comprises fixing means (4) and an anchoring section (5) having a cross-sectional enlargement (6) in the direction of insertion. The aim of the invention is to create one such fixing device with increased elasticity. To this end, the tie bolt (3) has a housing (7) consisting of an elastic plastic material in the region of the anchoring section (5), and is anchored by means of a hardenable mass (8).
