<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a package box with which fingers can be prevented from hurting when carrying and strength of a handle can be improved. <P>SOLUTION: The exterior box 1 has handle holes 21 formed by inwardly pushing portions 23 to be pushed on one of side faces. A cut 29 surrounding the periphery of the portion 23 except a fold 27 is formed around the portion 23. The fold 27 is provided with a first crease 31 for guiding the folding of the portion 23 and a second crease 33 formed in parallel with the first crease 31.
