PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clarify the boundary between different foaming materials while exhibiting excellent pad surface touch and external designed face when producing a seat pad by integrally foaming two or more foaming materials. SOLUTION: A mold 10 has a main cavity 16 for molding the seat pad, a sub-cavity 20 which is provided adjacently on the side thereof and communicates therewith through a communicating aperture 24, and a partition wall 36 in an upper mold 14. A first foaming material M1 is injected into the sub-cavity 20, and a second foaming material M2 into the main cavity 16. The first material M1 foamed in the sub-cavity 20 is made to flow in the main cavity 16 through the aperture 24 to integrally foam with the second material M2, and in the rear side of the pad, the first and second materials M1 and M2 are foamed with the partition wall 36 being interposed as a boundary.
