PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the visibility of a user is not excellent by reducing information on a marker position, since only the predetermined number of kinds of text information such as a title name to the marker position can be used, so as to cause a state where not less than a fixed number of markers are untitled or cannot be titled. SOLUTION: When the text information such as the title name does not exist in a marker in the case of displaying information on the marker position, information on a time for video-recording the marker position is displayed as the text information in place of the title name through the use of video-recording date information of stream information where the marker exists or marker position information.
